Can I customize my mystery box?

Yes, you can! If you're buying a mystery scoop box for a boy or girl, young or old, or have any specific asks, we can edit your box to your requirements. Just let us know your preferences.

What is your return policy?

We aren't able to offer returns at this time. However, all packages are insured, so your package will arrive safely. In the rare event of a lost package, we can file a CC claim at USPS to ensure you are covered.

How does my purchase help the Cincinnati community?

A percentage of proceeds goes toward opening a sewing and alteration non-profit to assist low to no-income folks who need altered clothes. The rest goes directly to people who need it when they need it, providing immediate support to our community.

Can I pick up my order locally?

Yes! If you are local to Cincinnati and want to skip shipping, we can arrange for pick-up or delivery on the west side. Please contact us to coordinate this option.
