When you choose a mystery package from RedThread LLC, you are not just purchasing a collection of items. You are buying a joyous moment for yourself or a child. Our small scoops contain 5 items, medium scoops have 8, and large scoops include 10, each with a chance for an extra surprise. Plus, every purchase contributes to our mission of helping low or no income people in our community find a little joy in their lives too. By shopping second-hand, you are reducing waste, giving back, and supporting a local thrift store simultaneously. Everyone wins! Our ultimate goal is to open a sewing shop to alter clothes for the homeless or low-income individuals, further fostering confidence and well-being.
Your journey from order to unboxing
Once you place your order, our team at RedThread LLC immediately gets to packing your unique mystery package. For just $3 extra, we offer the option to film the mystery scoop package process and share it on our social media channels. You can choose to be fully surprised and have the video posted after you receive your package, or have it posted before. If you prefer a complete surprise, we won't film at all! Rest assured, packages are shipped within 24-48 hours, seven days a week, based on local post office hours. We aim to get your delightful surprise to you as quickly as possible.

Proceeds from your order go towards restocking our inventory, and any funds remaining after operational costs are directly allocated to where they are needed most in the Cincinnati community. This includes initiatives supporting domestic violence survivors, youth mental health programs, and assisting the homeless with everyday needs. Additionally, 10% of every month's earnings are put towards our sewing machine goal, which will help us alter donated clothes for individuals in need, fostering confidence and dignity.
